Miller Management is hiring a part-time Client Services Representative to service our ever-growing non-profit client base. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with great customer service skills and a heart for serving others. Our singular mission is to serve churches and nonprofit organizations with value added accounting & administrative products and services to assist those organizations in furthering their mission.
Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process weekly and monthly accounts payable for a block of assigned clients
- Process bank deposits and bank transactions
- Process donor contributions
- Distribute internal client work for processing
- Assist team members when workload necessitates
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented
- Excellent problem solver
- Organized
- Enjoys multi-tasking
- Prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with churches and/or nonprofits is a plus
This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of 21 hours per week, working Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation is based on education and experience.
