Miller’s Textile Services is currently hiring for a Route Sales and Service Representative to join our Columbus depot location. The Route Sales and Service Representative is responsible for delivering clean uniforms/linens/mats and picking up soiled product from designated established customers. The position is a fast paced, physical job that requires work indoors and outdoors. Most routes operate on a four (4) day delivery schedule with no weekends required. Pay is commission based with no cap.

What will you do at work?

• Ensure company truck/vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations and/or customers such as uniforms, mats and linens as ordered; drive truck/vehicle to locations and/or customers
• Collect soiled product from locations and/or customers and deliver clean product
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Complete daily paperwork as required
• Additional duties as assigned
• Your route customers depend on you, so excellent attendance is a must!

What are the minimum qualifications?

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must be insurable under our company motor vehicle plan
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day
• Must be able to push/pull heavy carts (up to 300 lbs) of product throughout the day
• Experience in delivery and customer service preferred
