We are currently seeking coachable, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Go door-to-door to prescheduled appointments in order to speak with homeowners who have shown interest in having their roofs replaced, providing a consultative sales approach.
• Climb and survey roofs in order to determine damage.
• File claims for damaged roofs and give out provisional reports for roofs without damage.
• Work your way up - there's unlimited upward mobility here!
• Engage with customers and prospects to ensure they understand the services needed to renovate or restore their home.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

1) Not afraid to climb on roofs and make money

2) Skill in guiding conversations and establishing rapport with prospective clients

3) Exhibit confidence and poise throughout the sales process

4) Demonstrate a strong desire to achieve financial independence

5) Door to door sales experience preferred, but not required!
