Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on public company representation. Experience should include registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings) and other public company transactions for life sciences companies. This is a unique opportunity to join a Chambers USA, Tier One, life sciences team in a collegial office. Compensation is at the top of the Boston market.
