Job Summary/Basic Function

This role will be assisting the Data Services Team with updates and research of constituent records that are part of our database. Our team is part of the Millersville Development department that raises money for Scholarships, Student Experiences and Campus Revitalization. We also Engage with the Alumni of Millersville University.
Required Qualifications

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) .
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work on Campus in the development office at Duncan House 205 N George St. Millersville, PA.
• Willingness to learn new computer skills
• Self-motivated and able to stay on task.
• Start date of 8-10-2024

Job Duties

Task may include but are not limited to:

• Computer manual data entry.
• Completing large data uploads
• Online Research
• Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Be able to sit and use a computer for the length of shift
• Ability to read and write.
