The operator follows prescribed safety procedures.
2. The operator moves full pallets / pintrucks / beams from production floors to storage area.
3. The operator makes labels for pallets and straps them.
4. The operator moves palette parts and boxes of tubes to floors
5. The operator takes material to warpers based on schedule.
6. The operator visually verifies product for correctness
7. Operator uses visual inspection to identify non-conforming products
8. If operator identifies non-conforming material, operator notifies production manager and/or technician.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: FREQUENCY, AMOUNT, OR DESCRIPTION
1) Standing: Ability to stand while packing out 80% of day
2) Sitting: Ability to sit down for a meeting 5% of day
3) Lifting: Ability to lift packages/other items < 15 lbs 10% of day
4) Climbing: Ability to step up on Big Joes/Forklift 40% of day
5) Push/Pull/Reach: Ability to push pintrucks/boxes/slide beams 60% of day
6) Bending: Ability to pick up objects from the floor/boxes 30% of day
7) Visual Acuity: Ability to look at product, computer screen 90% of day
8) Walking: Ability to walk floors/plant to get material 90% of day
9) Housekeeping Ability to maintain a clean and organize work area 5% of da
