What You Will Do:

  •  Collaborate with Client Services, Engineering and Research and Development (R&D) in the assurance of software quality for each release.
  •  Document testing plans and test results for each release in coordination with engineering and R&D.
  •  Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
  •  Perform data analysis, and data validation.
  •  Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver comprehensive BI solutions.
  •  Ensure compliance with all Milliman required Quality Risk Management requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Visualization (certificate).
  •  2-3 years of previous related experience.
  • Proven experience with Power BI and other BI technologies. Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and Power Query a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, and analyze
  • significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, presenting findings in interesting and convincing visuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare analytics platforms, and processing environments including Graphical User Interfaces, Batch, and APIs.
  • Experience with java and other programming languages a plus.
  • Proven expertise using Microsoft office applications, Excel and pivot tables.

Location

This position is based out of the Milliman office in Hartford, Connecticut. While it is preferred for employees to be local for onsite team meetings in the Milliman office, the option to work remotely anywhere in the US is available.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $72,000 to $142,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
