Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Manager with expertise in catheter care, dialysis, critical care, and sterile processing to oversee our medical facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in nurse management, physiology knowledge, and physical examinations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the surgery department

- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage

- Oversee patient care activities

- Conduct physical examinations and provide critical care as needed

- Ensure compliance with sterile processing protocols

- Utilize Meditech software for patient records and management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Valid nursing license with experience in critical care settings

- Proven experience in nurse management and supervisory roles

- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical procedures

- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
