- Customer Care Associate position involves working in a dynamic, fast paced, high energy call center, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering a better customer experience.
- Responsible for taking average 45 call each day and managed order inquiries including order placement, pricing for lap equipment, supplies and materials for hospitals and research facilities, giving quotes, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within customer specifications for MilliporeSigma guidelines.
- Resolve requests and inquiries related to orders, shipments or other customer-related matters and accurately document.
- Ensure documentation adheres to ISO certifications and is able to withstand Customer-Service related audits when called upon.
- Enter internal and external customer orders and quotations received via inbound calls, email and website inquiries.
- Investigate and record lost or damaged orders, complaints, credit and/or rebill requests.
- Act as a role model of Millipore’s values and best-in-class business practices.
- Have computer knowledge and preferred experience with SAP (will get training).
- You will utilize UPS and FedEx for shipping.
- Bilingual is a plus.
