We’re looking for a Veterinary Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small animal practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing an office, be highly organized, and have excellent customer service skills.
Veterinary office managers manage the day-to-day operations of the office, to include but not limited to; overseeing front end staff, scheduling appointments, accounts payable and receivable, ordering supplies and inventory, handling customer complaints and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Veterinary office managers supervise the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice working beside the Veterinary Practice Manager.
