The Finance Manager Assistant supports the Finance Manager in all aspects of financial management, including customer financing options, financial reporting, and administrative duties. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for our clients.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Manager Assistant to join our team. The Finance Manager Assistant supports the Finance Manager in all aspects of financial management, including customer financing options, financial reporting, and administrative duties. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
- Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Verify insurance, trade payoffs and obtain deposits
- 2 years experience in a retailenvironment
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Uses time efficiently; sets goals and objectives and follow up with customers
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of F&I policies and procedures
- Willingness to learn
