Your MissionAs our Video and Event Producer, you will be the maestro behind projects that dazzle and deliver. You'll understand the client's vision, ensure a robust ROI, and manage every aspect of production with flair and professionalism. Your creativity and organizational prowess will be key to executing productions and events that are on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Your Role As a Video Producer
- Storytelling Mastery:Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and oversee edit sessions.
- Financial Savvy: Develop and manage project budgets with a keen eye on cost-effectiveness.
- Collaboration Wizard: Work closely with our internal team to bring multimedia content to life.
- Planning Pro: Organize video shoots, scout and reserve locations (both virtual and live), and develop comprehensive production schedules.
- Client Whisperer: Manage client expectations, communications, and relationships with finesse.
- Resource Manager: Schedule, direct, and negotiate resources, including internal teams and independent contractors.
- Self-Starter: Drive projects independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Event Enthusiast: While experience with live and virtual events is a plus, a willingness to learn is essential.
- Estimate Expert:Collaborate with Production Managers and the Director of Cincinnati Operations to create accurate event estimates, covering scope, schedule, and resources.
- Team Leader:Guide a collaborative team to exceed client expectations within budget constraints.
- Paperwork Pro:Craft event production documents, technical scripts, cue sheets, rundowns, and specialist details.
- Show Caller Provide on-site show calling throughout event production; television video directing experience is a bonus.
- Post-Event Guru: Offer post-event support, including PPT management and client deliverables.
- Communication Ace: Exhibit strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
- Visionary Outlook: Maintain a big-picture perspective on your role in Mills James' growth and success.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience—four years of related experience/training is ideal.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multi-Project Maestro: Juggle multiple projects with ease and efficiency.
- Adaptability:Thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Road Warrior: A valid driver’s license is required.
