You will cultivate the resident experience by building lasting relationships, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations to create exceptional experiences.

How You Will Be Successful : Own the leasing process from introduction to move-in. This includes greeting guests, identifying their housing needs, touring the property, showing apartments, explaining lease criteria, determining eligibility based on established criteria, following-up with prospects, closing the sale, completing lease documents and inspecting units to ensure a great move-in experience Own the renewal process from move-in through renewal.

This includes providing ongoing communication, excellent resident relations, and timely processing of the renewal. Utilize creative marketing and social media strategies to increase qualified property traffic and closing ratios Mills Properties, Inc.

Inspect units for market readiness prior to showing and move-in; resolve issues with appropriate parties Demonstrate strong attention to detail when preparing lease documents, resident files, applications for approval security deposits, rent payments and other bookkeeping tasks Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of resident functions Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property, other Mills properties and local competitors Demonstrate strong attention to detail when preparing lease documents, resident files, applications for approval security deposits, rent payments and other bookkeeping tasks Assist with service requests, package collection, and property cleanliness Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
