The Role: As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will be involved in all facets of project management, including communication with engineering, billing, material ordering, and production coordination. This position requires a proactive approach to client communication and problem-solving, ensuring every project is a success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering at project kickoff to understand contracts and specifications.
- Handle all billings, material orders, and production tickets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and proactive problem resolution.
- Participate in weekly check-ins and production meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a construction trade industry, preferably architectural millwork and/or commercial construction.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook; strong ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
- Stability: A consistent work history.
