Milosi is excited to announce the addition of a Landscape Material Handler position! This position will report to our Hendersonville office each day at 6 : 40am.

This position is a hands-on capacity with lifting, stooping, bending, and squatting while loading landscape material in and out of trucks.

Duties and responsibilities include : Coordinate tasks according to priorities and planNursery upkeep and inventoryDelivering material, plants, and equipment to crews on-site as necessaryPicking up plants and job-related materials to store in the nursery and / or construction yardKeeping the construction yard neat, clean, and tidyAbility to demonstrate good organizational skills by following policies and proceduresResponsible for deliveries at the shopKeeping inventory correct through proper receiving proceduresMay perform other tasks either temporarily or permanently assigned Qualifications 2 years of foreman experienceAbility to drive truck and trailer safelyDriver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle ReportAbility to interact with all customers, team members, and those from external organizations Working conditions Required to work outdoors in all primary job functions Physical requirements Required to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and liftingAbility to lift 15-50 pounds frequentlyAbility to lift 51-90 pounds occasionally Benefits Company phoneMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacations and holidays401K
