Your Tasks:

This position will primarily be responsible for providing CRM database lead entry and some reporting support to the Marketing and Sales teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Function as a key team member supporting CRM data entry for marketing leads and related activities.
• Assist in customer account maintenance and validation.
• Produce standardized reports for business needs.
• Cleanse data in CRM database to allow data integration with the Marketing Cloud system.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify business process problems or failures.
• Identify solutions to enhance efficiency and business effectiveness within the defined CRM processes.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree preferred; At least two years of data entry and maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Office suite of programs required as well as the ability to learn systems quickly and learn the integration of AfO/BI/CRM/Marketing Cloud systems.
• Strong attention to detail critical. Data cleansing experience preferred.
• Excel analytical capabilities are a strong plus.

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $34,560-$51,840/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
