Your Role on Our Team :

The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :

O perate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations ( 5 0%)

Load / unload / inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment (40%)

Make offsets and adjustments as required (20%)

Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish component components (10%)

Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)

Complete documentation as required or request ed (10%)

Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)

Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)

Practice 5Ss ( 5 %)
