The facilities maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring proper operation of maintenance for facilities.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
  • Help establish a world class maintenance team.
  • Must obey all safety rules including LOTO, PPE requirements, and fall protection.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment in the distribution center.
  • Willingness to work extended or different hours if/when needed as well as answer calls after hours to keep areas operating efficiently.
  • Provide support for all departments in the distribution center to help keep each area productive.
  • Develop and maintain complete P.M. schedule on all equipment.
  • Escort, monitor, and aid outside contractors to ensure all safety and building rules are maintained.
  • Perform building repairs and other duties as required such as light plumbing, painting, and running occasional maintenance related errands.
The TOOLS You’ll Bring With You
  • Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.
  • 2-4 years of professional work experience in a production environment.
  • Results-focused, takes ownership of team success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to problem-solve quickly and execute solutions effectively.
  • Requires development mindset and always willing to learn and be coached.
Physical And Weightlifting Demands
  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
  • Standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive motion.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks (Operation of other equipment is a plus!).
  • Able to work in various temperature conditions.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70lbs.
