Associate Degree in Business with emphasis in Purchasing and/or trafficking with a minimum of four years buyer experience in the purchasing area. Familiarity with Government acquisition regulations required.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent required with eight years of purchasing experience required. Must be familiar with government acquisition regulations.

Substitution: Education and experience above the high school level may be combined to
meet the minimum requirements for this position. One year of college education may
be substituted for two years of Job Corps experience or experience in a similar area.
