Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with neurological conditions to assess their functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional independence.
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients, building rapport and trust throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for maximizing functional independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure in [State].
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience or interest in working with patients with neurological conditions is preferred but not required.
