Job Summary:

At MBW we are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various therapeutic modalities and a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health services.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

- Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and other specialized services as needed.

- Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and Trauma-informed modalities to support clients' well-being.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Offer support and guidance to clients in navigating their mental health journey.

Skills:

- Proficiency in mental health counseling, and crisis intervention.

- Experience with ICD-10 coding and mental health services.

- Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques.

- Strong ability to maintain medical documentation and records accurately.
