**Job Title: Business Development Representative **

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representaitive to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic planning and sales initiatives.Our small outpatient treatment center is looking for someone who is personable and can be a face for our company.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- Attending marketing events for treatment centers and mental health in san diego county, orange county and riverside county

- Collaborate with the executive achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Utilize EMR software to track progress and analyze data to optimize strategies.

-Take admission calls as needed for sales closure

-Availability to come in office for scheduled Tours.

**Requirements:**

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Rep or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of sales principles, strategic planning, and business development.

- Experience in EMR software is prefferd

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preffered .

-Experience in the treatment or mental health field prefered but no required.

- Have a reliable vehicle for transportation to marketing events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
