Our Center is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the Patient Care Coordinator position. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a track record of being a successful leader, this is the right opportunity for you. MUST HAVE HOMECARE / HHAEXCHANGE EXPERIENCE otherwise don't apply! Need to have a computer experience.

Tasks include:

• Confirm EVV and timesheets
• Schedule caregivers
• Enter new employee information on HHA
• check for the time in payroll enter correctly.

• Resolve caregiver and client grievances and complaints

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• 1 Years’ experience in a Home Care or Service Coordination role.
• Demonstrated capability maintaining strict confidentiality
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Comfortable with closing/asking for business
• Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail
• Excellent communication, public relations and follow up skills
• Experience with HHA Exchange and EVV

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
