Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team as a Product Owner. You will act as the primary liaison between business users and the technical team, translating business requirements into user stories and ensuring the final product meets business objectives and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership: Understand the product and ensure alignment with business goals.

Business Liaison: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Requirement Translation: Convert requirements into clear, actionable user stories.

Prioritization: Collaborate with business users to prioritize features and manage the product backlog.

Documentation: Document business processes using diagrams and detailed descriptions.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the developed product meets requirements and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

5 years as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Utility industry.

Relevant certifications.
