Mindlance is Hiring a Content Manager I Near Bellevue, WA

At least 1 year relevant experience required. Must have experience working with or serving as an administrator of a digital asset managent system. In addition to managing collection, uploading and tagging of assets - candidate will also facilitate the implementation and rollout of new processes that expand and enhance ***'s DAM.

Associate Content Asset Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
An Associate Content Asset Manager supports the creative development process by managing brand, campaign and partner assets. These experts of asset/media management – source assets, production media, completed projects, etc. and ensure handoff is thorough, complete, and correct, organize and store within a centralized system (DAM/server), and, ultimately, share with all marketing channels.

As a member of the Content Asset Management team (CAM), you believe rock-solid process, rigor and cutting-edge tools/technology are critical to making creative operations workflows more streamlined and time- and cost-efficient; you must operate according to, evangelize and constantly improve this CAM way of working.

You must balance left brain logic and analysis, with right brain creativity and intuition. While CAM is not responsible for creating content, we are a critical partner for creative teams. You’ll be expected to actively, and sometimes proactively, engage with and support teams through all phases of creative development – from kickoff to project wrap. Because creative deliverables are deadline driven, CAM must ensure teams have assets when they need them and all asset-related processes and checkpoints are addressed per the overall workback schedule.

In addition to working with colleagues in T-Studios, you will build relationships across the *** enterprise, as well as with the external agencies and partners that support key marketing objectives and video/photo productions. This role engages with people of varied titles/roles and teams that focus on different creative outputs – from those that create television commercials to teams that are responsible for internal employee communications – so anticipate variety in what you work on day-to-day.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential job duties which are crucial to the performance of the job. Approximate Percent of Time* :
Manage assets, production media and/or completed media leveraging a centralized system (DAM/server) 30%
Provide asset support to T-Studios creative projects LOB campaigns – from kickoff to wrap-up 25%
Leverage tools and technologies to make creative operations processes more efficient. Introduce new tools and technologies to stay current with industry trends. 20%

Responsible for additional duties/projects assigned by business management when needed. 5%

QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience:
0 – 2 years - REQUIRED:
- Experience organizing and managing large sets of assets across an ecosystem of tools linked to a DAM, and fulfilling asset requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.
- Involved in the creative development process, in production operations, or in a client services capacity. Have awareness of when asset-related milestones need to be addressed.

- PREFERRED: Familiarity with Business Affairs principles – most importantly, licensing, clearances and usage rights. Understand their impact on the production and/or creative development process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
PREFERRED - Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with the basic suite of photo, video, and design tools in order to assess asset quality and perform daily tasks.

REQUIRED - Obsessed with order and processes: This role manages a large volume of assets across multiple projects, so a keen attention to detail and being consistent with processes is a requirement.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED - Solutions-oriented mindset : An answer should rarely end with “no, we can’t” – think creatively and proactively and draw-up a plan B and C
- Be a team player: When necessary, dive-in to help teammates. Keep in mind that successes are a reflection of the whole team, and so are improvement opportunities – so it’s important to have each other’s backs.
- Critical thinker and investigative: Don’t be an order-taker, be inquisitive and ask follow-up questions to truly understand a request or question. Find answers with minimal to no guidance.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Able to adjust to a flexible schedule: day, afternoon and graveyard shifts, weekend shifts, on-call, and holidays
Able to Travel domestically (rarely)
