Position Summary:

Title: Identity & Access Management Specialist (OIM)
Duration: 12 Months Long Term
Location: Washington, DC

Hybrid Onsite: 2/3 Days per week from Day1.

Identity & Access Management Specialist to plan, implement, upgrade and monitor security measures for protection of computer networks and systems.

Duties include:
1. Design and architect IAM services, including identity assurance and registration, access request, access provisioning, access reauthorization, public key infrastructure, remote access, and directory technologies.
2. Design and develop technical solutions for Oracle Access Manager Identity Access Management (IAM) system, including requirements gathering and definition, technical design and specification, development, testing, and implementation support.
3. Direct the support of the technical components of IAM infrastructure.
4. Develop project plans and manage IAM maintenance and upgrades.
5. Develop custom solutions for IAM system. 6. Integrate COTS solutions into IAM system.
7. Perform software security design, configuration, development, and maintenance tasks.
8. Correct Identity & Access management issues reported in production system.
9. Update security design documentation, if required as part of correcting production issues.
10. Develop technical security design based upon requirements specifications.
11. Develop security/identity manager based on Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager, using the tools that ful fill the requirements specifications and conform to the technical design.
12. Perform unit-level testing of security functionality within Oracle security suites.
13. Create, configure and manage access policies in Oracle Identity Manager.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience developing software systems involving Identity Access Management technologies and architecture.

Experience must include:
5 years working with Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
Database development with Oracle 10g/11g.
Web application security development with JAVA platform.
Designing secured web service/web API.
Experience using OAM/OIM 11g to support cloud application integration, including setup, configuration, administration of OAM/OIM 11g.
Performance tuning and load testing of security products.
Experience with agile software development such as SCRUM.
Strong ability in troubleshooting complex issues.
Thorough understanding of technical data architectures.
Skilled in use of TOAD, SQL Developer, Erwin.
Ability to analyse complex business and technical requirements to develop innovative solutions.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
