Job Title: IT Asset Project Analyst

Location: Atlanta , GA/ Raleigh , NC (Hybrid)

IT Asset Management program is being created it set up a framework to manage IT assets across Client. The program requires the improvement of the overall management of Enterprise Technology assets and the proactive management of the EoL and EoS assets. Remediation involves implementing the full Technology Lifecycle Management and ITAM framework in an integrated platform to enable preventive and proactive management of the program.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

Assist Program Manager with administrative tasks for planning and controlling activities to keep the project on schedule, executing every phase of the projects process, monitoring/controlling reviewing and regulating the progress and performance of all phases of the project against deliverables, scope and objectives.

• Documenting meeting agenda and minutes, dependencies, progress, issue/action items, risks and timelines.
• Maintain project information in respective solutions to ensure project information is current, accurate, meaningful, and in compliance with governance requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, team members and service providers in collecting project status and information.
• Assist with producing status reporting and/or decision material to Executive Management, senior business leaders, staff and/or vendors on a regular basis (such as business measurements, critical success factors and requirements needed for each implementation/conversion/integration event; phase-gate approval/progression (including stakeholder communication and readiness).

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

Prior project analyst or relevant industry experience, with three years of specializing in systems implementations, business transformation, and change management.

• Strong analytical skills; excellent fact-gathering and business process mapping.
• Highly-motivated, self-starter, strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and project leadership skills.
• Clarity project management tool experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS Outlook.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.

Service Now tool experience.
