Job Description: Job Title: Product Support Engineer

• Provide technical support and services for the window film portfolio in CBTD
• Complete assigned technical activities related to product design changes in the areas of raw material management, test method development and validation, and management of specification changes
• Verify, through application of scientific and engineering principles, product performance characteristics in support of product claims and warranties
• Analyzes, interprets, and communicates results of technical work

Minimum education requirements: BS in a Science or Engineering field. Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Top 3* required Skills: Film coating processes, Practical understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Test Methods for films
