Responsibilities:

Program Manager for Commercial Banking Collateral Management Program.

Desired Skills:

· Exceptional consulting skills

· Financial Services and/or Commercial Banking industry experience

· Ability to manage a program that will contain complex, projects that impact multiple businesses, technology and risk disciplines.

· Ability to negotiate, communicate, collaborate and influence to build successful relationships with all levels of leadership

· Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

· Ability to articulate a complex problem, initiate action, make difficult decisions and generate creative solutions

· Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Expertise work with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Project, Jira/Jira Align and Confluence
