**Job Title: Mid-Level QA Analyst with AI/ML Experience**

**Location:** Washington DC (Hybrid - DMV Area Candidates Preferred) In-Person Interview is mandatory.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level QA Analyst to join our team in Washington DC. This hybrid role requires a balance between Salesforce testing and AI/ML testing. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have a strong foundation in machine learning, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct QA testing for Salesforce and AI/ML initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and strategies.

- Utilize Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Matplotlib, Seaborn) for AI/ML model testing and data analysis.

- Perform Selenium BDD testing.

- Participate in special testing and use cases focused on AI/ML initiatives.

- Attend project meetings in the DMV area as required.

**Qualifications:**

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning fundamentals and QA testing.

- Proficiency with Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

- Experience with Selenium BDD for test automation.

- Familiarity with Salesforce testing is preferred but not required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- A proactive, learn-and-grow attitude.

**Work Location:**

- Washington DC.

- Hybrid work model with occasional on-site meetings during the initial phase (once a week or once in 2 weeks).

- Flexibility to attend meetings on short notice in the DMV area.

**Interview Process:**

1. Initial round: Video call (30-45 minutes).
2. Second round: In-person interview.
