Job Title: Bench Scientist
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 18 months possibly an extension
Job Description: -
Routine protein labeling and final characterization (target proteins and mAb/Fab, labeling, all labels including fluors, biotin, etc.)
- Fab generation from IgG
- Protein purifications
- QC of commercially sourced reagents
- Assistance/backup for weekly western blots and expression characterization
Required Skills:
1. Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
2. Experience purifying expressed proteins.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience labeling proteins a plus.
2. Experience with AKTA FPLC and Agilent HPLC a plus.
3. Experience with antibodies is a plus.
