Job Title: Third Party Risk Management

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension/conversion)

Team/Role Overview:

• You will be joining the Custody Network Management team who is responsible for overseeing Client’s global network of financial market infrastructures and sub-custodians in 104 markets.
• The team is a part of Client Custody product organisation and is a well- established function, investing for the future.
• The team has several goals, in addition to oversight which includes market intelligence and productivity for the network.
• Considering that the network is at the centre of Client’s proposition, this is a pivotal function with strategic importance to the business.

What you’ll do:

• This role’s mandate is to support Custody Network Management with regard to enhancing oversight of Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs).
• Coordinate local deliverables with Client’s proprietary custody network to gather information for the remediation of OCC exam findings.
• Support Network Management in its efforts to establish the future end-state model for FMI oversight requirements.
• Assist in creating and submitting timely Governance updates on progress against plan, with key issues identified and escalated accordingly.

What we’ll need from you:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Third-Party Management with experience in remediation management, process improvement, change management, governance, and technology within complex global firm.
• Experience in Third-Party Management with a focus on remediation management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and analytical skills, ability to work as part of a global team and independently.
• Identify, monitor, track, and escalate issues requiring remediation.
• A good understanding of Financial Market Structures, CSDs and CCPs in particular.
• Basic understanding of custody and custody flows.
• A solid understanding of the approach of global firms to risk management.
• Graduate degree in economics, finance or financial risk management preferred.
