Client: Banking/Financial Industry

Title: RSA Archer Engineer / RSA Archer Certified Consultant / Lead RSA Archer Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Roles

Duration: 12 Months (W2, No C2C) Contract To Hire

Job Descriptions:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in RSA Archer Configuration and related technologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data feed scheduling, batch processing, scripting, SQL Development, and Autosys.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed and clear technical documentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Manager Notes:

• Someone who can hit the ground running
• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Stabilizing the environment currently, not a ton of new development at this moment
• RSA Archer and proficiency in database development and writing advanced queries etc.
• Looking for candidates with Enterprise experience, someone who understands controls and procedures from a
• company of similar scope
• Financial services is not necessary
• The team consists of about 6-8 individuals
• Soft skills are important, it is a challenging environment so communication skills matter, communicating with clients and group settings etc.
