Client: Banking/Financial Industry

Title: Data Management Analyst / Senior Data Management Analyst / Lead Data Management Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Roles

Duration: 12 Months (W2, No C2C) Contract To Hire

Job Descriptions:

• In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Strong Data Analysis skills with hands on experience with data profiling, data mapping, data quality, and data lineage.
• Strong SQL skills (freeform writing and reading) and understanding how to write/read business requirements
• Experience working with Wholesale/Commercial Lending products and systems (AFS/LOANIQ/etc)
• Accountability/Ownership as a BA, TA, DA, tester, and PM for your items
• Experience with Oracle FSDF/OFSAA model - JIRA
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, self-starter, organized
• Must have Credit Knowledge
