Position Summary:

Title: Sr. Drupal Administrator/Developer Duration: 9 Months - Long Term Location: Washington, DC 20433

Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days onsite per week from Day1.

Position Overview:
The Drupal team works closely with the Client's communications unit to provide the world with timely information. They serve as a symbol of the institution s transparency and willingness to work with clients and partners around the world. We need a talented individual with the ability to wear many hats to become a core part of our Drupal team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this role include development, administration. To complete these duties this resource will create custom Drupal sites with features for blogs, podcasts, RSS feeds, collaborations, etc and will write custom APIs using PHP, Develop good quality code using PHP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, etc. Also Install and maintain server products and develop code to integrate various sources. This candidate will review and have an understanding of institutional data marts and develop APIs to retrieve data Drupal sites creation with blogs, podcasts, RSS feeds, collaborations features and will also create a fully-functional website based on technical specifications and managed hosting on Pantheon.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.

Required Skills:
Strong experience with Drupal 9v or higher version. 7-9 years of experience in web design or development using Drupal 9v or above, PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript along with Drupal Modules, Components, views, themes, and templates.
Experience in building and maintaining Drupal sites. Experience with producing standards compliant Drupal themes from creative designs and style guides.
Experience with developing custom Drupal modules.
Experience with systems administration and server maintenance.
Hosting in Pantheon.
Drupal maintenance.
