Job Title: Sourcing Manager – IV

Location: Bellevue, WA 98006 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Hybrid role 3 days a week onsite. 4 at start would be good when they are ramping up.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities may include leading sourcing activities of moderate complexity and providing support for complex or strategic initiatives.

At least 7 years relevant experience required

Lead sourcing activities of moderate complexity:

- Define commodity and supplier strategies

- Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes

- Track category performance relative to targets, and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers

- Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates.

- Provide coaching to junior staff, as needed Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives

Assigned tasks may include:

- Analyze supply market and current supply base

- Build business case

- Build RFx and auction

- Negotiate contract provisions

- Track and report category performance against targets

- On-board suppliers

- Conduct supplier performance reviews

- Monitor contract execution

- Forecast demand

- Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities

Skillset Matrix:

Technology Requirements: Some ERP planning experience is good, demand/supply or allocation planning, any works – preferably in SAP or 09 but not necessary

What does a typical day look like? Analyzing data, making retail replenishment decisions, allocation decisions and supply purchasing decisions

Preferred background/prior work experience? Telecom and supply chain

• Priority soft skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, and organization skill, role can be chaotic
