About the Role:

The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator will support the Manager of Clinical Recruitment Operations in various recruitment and administrative tasks. This role involves database management, lead generation, job posting maintenance, recruiting event planning and coordination, applicant workflow maintenance, generating reports, and performing other ad hoc administrative duties. The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator will handle sensitive employee information and may also assist with tasks related to HR, operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential candidate leads through various channels and methods.
• Job Posting Maintenance: Create, post, and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Recruiting Event Planning/Coordinating: Organize and coordinate recruitment events, including job fairs, open houses, and campus recruitment activities.
• Applicant Workflow Maintenance: Monitor and manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring a smooth workflow from application to hire.
• Report Generation: Produce regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
• Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks related to HR, operations, and marketing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related administrative role.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
