Mindray North America is Hiring a Remote Marketing Product Manager -Ventilators-Mahwah NJ (Remote/Hybrid)

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Product Manager for our Ventilators portfolio to join our North American Marketing team.

Position Summary:

As the Marketing Product Manager – Ventilators, you will manage the newly launched ventilators portfolio in support of Mindray's business objectives for the North American market. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive market understanding, effective product planning, impactful product launches, and driving market share growth to meet or exceed revenue targets. You will be the “CEO of your product line.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Value:
    • Understand end-user pain points and needs through VOC/OVOC methodologies.
    • Champion clinical, technical, and financial needs across market segments and sub-segments.
    • Utilize Design Think to define ideal UI/UX.
    • Align current and future technologies to optimize clinical workflows.
    • Integrate clinical informatics and intelligent data visualization to improve care quality and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with internal and external customers for seamless platform integration and business growth readiness.
    • Be the go-to resource for competitor intelligence and market future state.
  • Create Value:
    • Define user needs in the context of compelling clinical scenarios and design inputs.
    • Ensure user needs are delivered timely to the market in collaboration with global design centers.
    • Lead price modeling to ensure optimal portfolio performance.
  • Deliver Value:
    • Educate functional teams on different value propositions and customer satisfiers.
    • Communicate brand-aligned value propositions through digital messaging.
    • Lead Go-to-Market planning, launch, and post-launch performance metrics to drive market excitement and high adoption rates.
  • Sustain the Portfolio:
    • Support sales teams with a customer mindset for directional and tactical needs.
    • Build and maintain a close working rapport with the North America sales team.
    • Plan for healthcare macro and micro trends to ensure long-term product vitality.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical advisors.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and satisfaction.
  • Grow Personally and Professionally:
    • Apply marketing and product skillsets and be appropriately recognized or rewarded for successes.
    • Define and achieve new learning and professional experiences to expand marketing and business skills.

Position Requirements:

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related clinical, technical, or business area.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, product management, or sales of ventilators and device interoperability, or
  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in a hospital setting, focusing on ventilators or respiratory therapy practices.
  • Demonstrated technical capability or clinical application knowledge of device interoperability.

Skills:

  • Ability to convey thoughts or messages succinctly.
  • Ability to perform tactically, think strategically and contribute to the strategic plan.
  • Self-directed and task completion-oriented.
  • A cross-functional collaborator who engages teams to drive optimal results.
  • Digital tool savvy beyond MS Office, including SFDC.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based in Mahwah, New Jersey/Hybrid or Remote.
  • Travel requirements, including international travel, can reach up to 20%.
