## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
## Duties
- Supervise and lead nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care
- Oversee medical records, MDS assessments, and documentation review processes
- Manage nursing administration tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate hospice care services and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize expertise in Medicare regulations, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge to enhance patient care
