About the role?
The role of Global Digital Performance Manager reports to the Global Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for overseeing, developing and managing digital campaigns, optimizing product visibility, and enhancing ROI across various search engines and online retail platforms. This will ultimately deliver organic growth in product visibility and sales across all our global digital marketplaces.

What makes a successful Global Digital Performance Manager within our team at Minelab?
We are seeking candidates with a strong focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Amazon Marketplace to drive our global online presence. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified within Business, Marketing, or another related field and will be a proactive and self-motivated team player and possess sound understanding of digital platforms and channels, contemporary trends, and digital marketing strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in consumer products and global market dynamics.
