We are looking to add a Supply Chain Co-Op to our Operations team in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the role is responsible for data collection and analysis throughout the Company supply chain.

Please note this role is for Students or New Graduates ONLY and the deadline for applying to this position is 22nd May 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closing of regular supply chain performance related reports.
• Gather data from ERP and analyze data on Excel and Power BI to support supply chain activity and other business needs.
• Monitoring, reporting, and taking all necessary actions to improve and achieve our targets of forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
• Lead ERP enhancement projects and new customizations with consultants.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement supply chain improvement plans.
• Maintain and develop dashboards related to Procurement, Operations & Logistics and more.

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering or Operations and Supply Chain management discipline .
• Advanced math and statistical modeling skills required.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong quantitative & Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or Oracle APEX is an asset.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn.

• You love to work with large volumes of data.
• You’re assertive and able to work with limited supervision and high motivation.
• You possess good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
• You’re organized and able to prioritize tasks.

The salary offered to the successful candidate will be based on their experience, knowledge and skills they bring to MineSense, market data based on their location as well as internal equity. Keeping this mind, the salary offered can be outside of the range posted. We are in growth mode and are looking for talented folks at all levels, so please do not hesitate to apply.
