Education:
High School Diploma.

Additional Knowledge:
Experience and training in required fields (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical)

Job Experience:
Minimum of 5 Years in related area.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Main Tasks and Responsibilities
· Performing preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and resolving equipment issues in a prompt manner.
· Develop, implement, and maintain a maintenance plan to keep all areas of the facility operating on schedule.
· Work hand in hand with contracted technicians when needed to quickly resolve equipment issues.
· Manage and maintain the Company’s spare part list and all necessary materials needed to perform timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
· Submitting RFQs for all required parts, materials, and tools.
· Working with Plant Manager for contracts with external technicians (as needed).
· Maintaining all required maintenance records using Microsoft office as well as the company’s CMMS software.

Expectations:
· Demonstrated experience working with contractors, suppliers, technical support teams.
· Ensuring that safety is always the top priority.
· Willingness to be on call on weekends and off shift.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Experience with hand and power tools.
· Ability to manage their workload. Self-motivated.
· Familiarity with 5S protocols.

Authorisations:
· Contacting and scheduling contracted technicians in emergency situations.
