Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

o Prepare price estimations to our clients and cost calculations working with the related departments from ELTAS

o Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on transformer specifications, applications, and solutions.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in transformer technology and industry standards.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient after-sales support.
  3. Sales Administration:
    • Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotations, and orders.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the transformer industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transformers and related electrical equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Must have work permit to work in US.

AG Power Systems Inc (AGPS) was formed in June 2021 as a wholly owned subsidiary of a company Called ELTAS Transformers, headquarter in Izmir, Turkey. AGPS is the sole distributor and service provider of ELTAS Transformers in US and Canada market. We have been active in the US market as ELTAS transformers for the last few years, promoting and selling transformers to various industries. With the UL certification approval on liquid immersed distribution transformers, our business grew quite fast for the second half of 2021. We as AGPS are working from our Houston, TX office and structure ourselves to provide sustainable and extremely satisfactory services to our clients. Our major client markets are Solar and Wind farms, battery charging applications, bitcoin mining, data centers, Transmission and Distribution Utilities, Oil and Gas Market (Fracking systems) and all other industries where energy consumption and distribution is a major part of their systems. Electricity and Energy is a major part of our daily life, and transformers are the most critical part of this chain.
