Minnesota City Jobs is Hiring a Project Manager (I or II) Near Saint Paul Port Authority, MN

Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Port Authority’s development team. In this role, you will manage Saint Paul harbor projects and brownfield-to-business-center redevelopment activities. We are looking for candidates with experience managing multiple projects and/or property transactions with knowledge of one or more of the following areas: brownfield land development, commerce, contract administration, harbor infrastructure, environmental remediation strategies, financing/funding sources, grant management, permitting, or real estate. Job responsibilities will include: managing riverfront capital improvement projects, managing tenant relationships and lease agreements; implementing programs to grow river commerce; managing redevelopment activities for adaptive reuse and ground-up construction; implementing social equity and sustainability strategies; securing project funding; managing public bidding and procurement; coordinating with federal/state/local agencies to secure project permits; managing contracts and tracking progress, invoicing, and budgets; and working collaboratively with diverse project teams and external partners to carry out the Port’s strategic goals.
