ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management:
Provide visionary leadership to the agency, setting clear goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of insurance agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address any challenges.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed agency targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized insurance solutions.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Operations and Compliance:
Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Ensure compliance with Farmers Insurance guidelines and state insurance regulations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports for management review.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Support agents in obtaining and maintaining necessary insurance licenses.
Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming agents.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the agency and Farmers Insurance products.
Engage with the local community through events, networking, and sponsorships to build brand awareness.
Utilize digital marketing tools and social media to reach a broader audience.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the agency's budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability without compromising service quality.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, management, or a related field. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain relevant state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities. Proficient in business and financial management.
