We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our District Team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to meet our company's hiring needs.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
  • Eventual licensing as a producer in Property and Casualty and Life and Health
