The Premium Partnership Success Intern supports the Partnership Success Team with a focus on Premium Sales & Service by fulfilling and executing suite and loge rentals. This role will also work closely on annual products and client experiences.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Assist with suite rentals, including but not limited to selling, fulfilling and day of hosting.
• Accurately relay catering orders and information to premium catering department.
• Assist in the development of annual suite and loge products, benefits and experiences.
• Develop monthly calendars for premium clients.
• Maintain exclusive suite holder and loge member relationships.
• Assist with development of event information for premium clients.
• Communicate effectively with premium clients via phone and email.
• Manage post-game survey responses.
• Process suite rental orders in CRM system.
• Support all other department initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• College degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management or other related field preferred but not required.

Knowledge & Experience

• 1-year experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Experience working in CRM system a plus (KORE preferred).
• Knowledge of hockey preferred but not required.

Work Conditions

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required. 
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
