Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Customer Service Excellence:
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.
• Welcoming and engaging with guests throughout their booking experience.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their needs.
• Operational Duties:
• Organizing, cleaning, and sanitizing the studio after every booking.
• Assisting clients with booking inquiries and processing payments.
• Understanding and applying company policies.
• Maintaining and upkeeping studio furniture and equipment.
• Creative & Marketing Support:
• Creating engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Assisting with various marketing initiatives to promote the studio.
• Managing the physical space to ensure it remains visually appealing and functional.

Requirements:

• Experience & Skills:
• A passion for customer service and helping others.
• Energetic, bubbly, and friendly communication style.
• Self-starter with a passion for creativity and hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Highly organized, prompt, and able to multitask.
• Ability to handle payments and deposits.
• Experience in customer service (3 years required) and photography (2 years preferred).
• Education:
• High School Diploma required.

Availability:

• Weekends, Evenings, and On-call shifts are required.

Reports to: Studio Manager

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time opportunities, Casual

Pay: $15 - $18.00 per hour
