Minute Men Staffing is Hiring an Auditor Near Dayton, OH
We are now hiring for 2nd Shift Auditors for a local Manufacturing facility!
- Monday-Friday 2pm to 10pm (weekends & overtime as needed)
- $16-$17 an hr. based off experience
- Temp to Hire Position
Job Duties:
- Respond to audit results and initiate changes with appropriate actions as needed
- Provide guidance and recommendations on process improvement
- Provide specific job training, coaching and providing feedback on all aspects of performance of assigned personnel
- Ensure applicable inspection paperwork of assigned operations meet ISO and SIS standards
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (Automotive or Quality Control experience a plus)
- 1 Year auditing
