Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise is seeking a candidate for Customer Service Representative & Print Shop Office Assistant.

The location in Beaver Falls PA is an upbeat and fast-paced working environment, we value having while producing high-quality work for our customers. We are looking for a team member with great customer service and organizational skills, an interest in the print industry, and a desire to learn new things. The position involves direct interaction with customers who come into our shop, as well as on the phone, via email, and online. The position also involves assisting with administrative tasks.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant candidate
will include:

• Engaging with customers on all levels.
• Coordinating projects and communicating with graphic designer, owner, and customers.
• Estimates and invoicing using proprietary software (paid training provided).
• Preparing and placing paper, supplies and vendor orders.
• Processing and entering Credit Card/Payment Transactions.
• Learning basic print production and bindery operations
• Preparing/packaging, invoicing, and shipping completed jobs.
• Maintain an orderly work area.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to work independently and be able to coordinate several client jobs at the same time.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with office copiers/office equipment is preferred.
• FedEx Office, Staples Print/Copy Center, or UPS Store Experience a plus (not required).
• Basic Print Design/Prepress knowledge a plus
• Graphic Design knowledge (Adobe Suite) a plus.
• Bookkeeping experience a plus.

Daytime hours Monday through Friday.
No Nights, Holidays, or Weekends.
Paid holidays off.
Starting at $14-$18 per hour based on experience.
